First round of mods 1992
• Bosch external fuel pump
• Cartech piggy back regulator, increased fuel pressure in tandom with rising boost pressure. Technology before chips and better injectors.
• HKS boost controller. Great way to control boost from inside of the car. Still use this technology. Check out www.hksusa.com
• smooth transition inside of stock plenum
• Cut hole in stock downpipe for a el-cheapo style local muffler shop cutout. $20
• Took the driver's side road light out, made a homemade ram air up to K&N filter
• Stock everything else including chip
Best times with this combo on pump gas and street tires was:
60 ft. = 1.89
1/8 = 8.26 @ 86mph
1/4 = 12.92 @ 108.9mph
Car basically sat in storage from 1995 until 2005.

• Total transmission overall-stronger internals, deeper pan that allows for a bigger filter/pickup moved toward the rear of the pan to circulate oil more efficiently on launch

Best times with this combo with only 4 runs, no tuning was:
60 ft. = 1.85
1/8 = 7.78 @ 95mph
1/4 = 12.11 @ 113mph
Car sat some more, but was driven a little more.
Got bored and needed a new project. January 2007...Here we go again.
• CPT 61 BB watercooled Turbonetics, 4" inlet 3" out
• Duttweiler big neck installed in stock intercooler
• LT1 mas air, new K&N filter
• Translator+
• TurboTweak chip
• Exhaust is still stock from the dump pipe back. Stock intermediate pipe and muffler
No times as of 06/15/2007, fuel system needs lining out. Removing Cartech regulator and going to let chip and injectors do the fueling. Going for Mickey Thompson drag radials and 60 lbs motron injectors.
Goal is 11.50's for September 2007...

UPDATE, not a productive mod at this point. last year, trans in "transission"
Last run was 12.20 @ 110mph. Over fueled and trans issues.
